The plot hasn't been written but it is mainly just a war between the races, and some of the races trying to figure out how to work their magic.

It is placed in the year 4389, and is pretty much a war type role-play
Are beings other than humans allowed? If so, what type? -
Yes, there are different types of creatures allowed that have been cloned and updated
Is magic allowed? -
Yes but only to special personal, and it depends on the race you are
