Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - he Kimura College while old and prosperous has recently begun to arouse suspicion, especially when concerning their methods of enrollment. Just up until recently, they were as normal as the next college but lately they’ve been doing the strangest things. Examples of their unusual behavior include expelling A grade and well behaved students, or enrolling some random person off the street (even if it’s some deadbeat).
The school also appears to have tightened security and plenty of rumors have begun spreading, including some like missing children. These stories are mostly brushed aside as local blathering however and even the outside world pays them no mind.
RP era and type (war, etc.) - Future. It's a romance/drama with just a bit of action, sci-fi and horror thrown in.
Are beings other than humans allowed? If so, what type? - Not as of yet.
