Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - No, not really. Basically just some holiday worlds that go about on regular daily basis. Maybe Oogie will return?
What movie is the RP based off of? When in the movie does it take place? - It's based on Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. It takes place after the Christmas/Oogie Boogie incident.
Which characters are allowed?- both originals and made-ups.
Other - It is new, as I've sid before, and we really need some members! I'm trying to advertise as much as I can! So please join, I would grandly appreciate it if you do.
