After the ravaging chaos of Nathaniel Essex caused the merging of the DC/Marvel communities, both worlds have been left traumatized with a permanent fear of all things superpowered. In light of that Reed Richards and Tony Starks, Mister Fantastic and Iron Man (Respectively), have proposed the Superhuman Registration Act. An act that would force anyone with superpowers to come foreward and reveal their identity.
The feelings on the have torn a rift between the super heroes of the United States. Now the act is starting to influence other governments around world, and other world leaders are quickly jumping on the bandwagon.
To make matters worse, an alliance of some sort has been brewing beneath everyone's noses. One thats playing this "Act" to their advantage, and getting ready to dominate at the right moment like no other. Could it be, that Mr. Lex Luther, the man currently planning on running in the next Presidential election, have anything to do with it? Or is it Dr. Doom working towards the next step of World Domination?
