Layout and General Appearance: I don't know invisionfree all too well, but I do know that it's pretty bland - no custom buttons, no cool headers or footers or anything. The banner is good, though it could be centered. 5/10
Colours: They could be better. When you take the board colours and background and tagboard and everything, things clash. 4/10
Idea: The cat idea is overdone, but I like that yours is large cats, not feral cats. The humans either helping or hurting is a nice touch. 7/10
Understandability: Rules are clear and not too difficult. IC boards are closed to guests, so I can't tell you about anything there, but what we're allowed to see is pretty clear. 9/10
Overall: 6/10
