This is an academy for supernaturals and talented mortals, a haven for the outcasts, where vampires, werewolves and witches can live fairly normally, without the heavy fear of being hunted.

Present era in an academy surrounded by a small town.
Are beings other than humans allowed? If so, what type? -
Normal humans, vampires, werewolves and witches. (Guidelines for all supernaturals.)
Is magic allowed? -
Yes (Look to species guidelines for specifics)
