It's the year 2013 and Light Yagami isn't happy with how life is going. It's the year 2013 and Ryuuk the Shinigami isn't happy with how life is going. So he drops his Death Note. Light finds it and becomes Kira. However, the adults of Whammy's House are not amused and L gathers his forces to fight back, not expecting to be sabotaged. Now, not only is the fight against Kira going down, but a fight for the title of L is going on. Who will come out on top? Kira, L, or the L Candidates? Only time will tell.
What anime or manga is the RP based off of? When in the anime/manga does it take place? - Death Note, it's AU, so no anime/manga.
Which characters are allowed? (originals, made-ups, or both) - Both, but no supernatural 'whee, i'm a cat kid'. Of course, Yoroichi (the heroin) is Half-Shinigami as is he best friend, so that's allowed.
