If so, what is it? - The American Government has issued mass Quarantine for all heroes, and villains alike to be moved into New York where they will be put into complete lock down, under surveillance from the agents created in Project: SOLIDER. Some want to rebel, some want to escape, some want to stay, some even want revenge. Who will you be amongst all the chaos? Will you fight? Will you let this happen? Maybe you are working from the inside. Maybe you are a helpful eye watching from a safe distance.
