Welcome to the nation of Panem. The nation once ruled by President Snow has been brought to rubble by the Rebellion. The Rebels have won. Both of the opposing forces have lost their leader. The nations citizens have been forced to re-build their lives. The Capitol citizens are desperately searching for a way to live, because they have no clue how. The way of living for everyone has drastically changed. How long will the new Panem last? With no leaders, how can a broken nation keep moving forward?
