The survivors have begun to mutate, physically and mentally, and even developing superhuman powers. A group of non-mutated survivors have arrived from across the sea to eradicate them all.

Are beings other than humans allowed? If so, what type? - No, though the humans are mostly Mutants
Is magic allowed? - Yes and no. Magic, no, but they have superhuman mutations with appear as powers.
Other - We have a great community spirit and are all friendly!
