Plot/Description:
Set in the rugged lands of Alaska, the story unfolds. Not many live here, not many at all. Most of the inhabitants are the native wolves and a few sled dogs who belong to a young eskimo women, Julie. The wolves tend to get along with eachother, or at least the peaceful packs do. At night the sled dogs are picked off one by one, by hungry wolves. There was been a decline in the wolf population, a steady drop leaving their numbers down. Some say it is rabies, but those who live there don't care. They are rather glad the wolves have died..
