Are auditions of some sort required? - Need to fill out a character applications, but other than that, no.
Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - Hitler and his allies won World War Two. Most of Europe is left in ruins. Many are trying to flee to "Safe Countries" to avoid the pursecutions of the new government: The Fascist Union of Europe.
The government, over the years, began renforcing strict sexuel mortality in a attempt to purify the world. The idea of a perfect human (blond hair, blue eyes) has faded over the years, but such a person is still given certain liberties that others aren't. Jews and other "undesirables" are still being persecuted and sent to "work camps," which is basically death camps.
But among this death and destruction, there are underground rebel groups in almost every city. Many of these resistance fighters get caught and are sent to high security prisons in Russia, but the rebels are gaining ground.
