Are auditions of some sort required? - Not really, I'll watch as you RP.
Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - Yes. Thirteen races are all fighting for power and that's pretty much it... plot will be made up as it goes along.

Are beings other than humans allowed? If so, what type? - Yes. Orcs, Goblins, Ogres, Two types of Undead, Wood Elves, High Elves, Dark Elves, Lizardmen, Skaven (Giant rats) Demons and Dwarfs. ;D
Is magic allowed? - Depends what type and race your character is.
