Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? -
Are you a rich child of the city? A nomad who lives in the Water? Or are you a Mistake escaped to the Land? Perhaps, maybe, you are something else...
The year is sometime way into the future, far from now. Our world is a myth, and if the people of Now described our world to us, we wouldn't understand half of it.
But, first what we do understand. The people of this World are aquatic versions of ourselves. No, we have not sprouted gills and grown flippers. Our future selves live in one of two places, in an air bubble or on a 'submarine' or a large boat that is a carries living and trading communities on it's back.
There are also the Mistakes which inhabit what is left of the Land.
So, you from this day and age ask what the plot is in their day and age. Well, let me tell you...
The bubbles of air are owned by rich aristocrats, and lately one aristocrat has gotten a bit ahead of himself. See, in this Water World there is only one rule, Never Shall There Be Violence. This aristocrat, who was named, oddly enough, Change, has done what has never been done in living memory, at least in their living memory- he has declared war.
So, forgetting the monsters that dwell on Land, the nomads and the ones who live in the under-water bubbles, have sent their children, poor and rich, to Land. The oldest of the children- 15. The youngest- 8.
And what, you ask, are these water-dwellers supposed to do on a Land infested with genetic monsters? Cooperate? I think not, for they are only human...
RP era and type- Far into the Future.
Are beings other than humans allowed? If so, what type? - Mistakes- genetic mess-ups.
Is magic allowed? - No.
