Difficulty- We'll accept anyone, but semi-experienced RPers are prefered.

Are auditions of some sort required?- Only by those who wish to be royalty.
Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - What little there is isn't being totally forced. The dragons are getting ready to have a war against eachother, while all humanoid races are tense at best when dealling with eachother.
RP era and type (war, etc.)- Medieval fantasy, what happens kinda depends on what RPers make of it.
Are beings other than humans allowed? If so, what type?- Yes, Elves of any type, dwarves, magical creatures that can talk. Most any humanoid, and-- As said before-- many types of magical creatures. From pegasai to dragons.
Is magic allowed?- Yes.
