Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - No plot up yet, as the site would need more memebrs for that.
What book is the RP based off of? When in the book does it take place? - Harry Potter, but it is non-canon.
Which characters are allowed? (originals, made-ups, or both) - All from the world of Harry Potter.
