What fandom is the RP based off of? When in the fandom does it take place? - Pokemon. The game itself is set in the region of Sinnoh, the setting of the new Diamond and Pearl games.
Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - Team Rocket has infiltrated the Sinnoh region and are plotting to oust Team Galactic, making them the greatest power in the region.
Which characters are allowed? (originals, made-ups, or both) - All canon members of Team Rocket or Team Galactic are allowed, but mostly original characters for both teams will be needed. Each member also gets three pokemon which they can play AS in specially designated areas of the boards.
