Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - Hell's Prophet
A Dog by the name of Viper had came to the city called Vicoe. Though this dog just seem to make a huge Blemish in it's perfection. Though one day a puppy saw Viper. Viper left the puppy laying bloody. Whenever you would talk to Viper you might get killed or he'll talk about a prophecy.
He would say he was Hell's Prophet in need to show a Prophecy. Some dogs didn't understand this dog. One day the dog wasn't going to be forgotten.
He started killing many dogs. Soon he was a legend, but no one knew his prophecy. Though still he stayed secret. Some thought he was looking for something. Some said he was a fake. Some said he was mad. Some just didn't want him to see them.
The prophet unfolds as people get to know Viper.
Is talking allowed? - Yes
Are wings and magic powers allowed? - No, For now
Other - nothing else just need members really badly and i really want people!
