Are auditions of some sort required? - To make characters, and there's a waiting period
Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - No, but a pack can create a plot by themselves.
Is talking allowed? - On OOC boards.
Are wings and magic powers allowed? - No way, no say.
Other - The wolves cannot talk, but they use body language and OOC comments.
