You need an art program to do that. Paint will suffice, but it's much better and easier with Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop or something along those lines. Just find a picture you like online and crop it down to 88x31 or another standard size, and you can add text or borders or other spiffy things, too. Then you have to upload it - photobucket is a popular site. Then you just make it into a link and presto! You have your button. ^^
