Are auditions of some sort required? - Biographies for your RP characters, need to be accepted by an admin
Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - There is a plot, but it is not going to happen until we have a few more members with active rps. Secret. most admins are still in the dark
Is talking allowed? - between cats, yes
Are magic powers allowed? - no, only in the plot, and then you must be selected to participate
Other - Just completely torn down and rebuilt, but recovering
