Are auditions of some sort required? - Nope.
Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - Not really.
Is talking allowed? - Yuppers, but you must put (( Text here )) when out of character.
Are magic powers allowed? - Nu-uh.
Other - There are mischeifs (groups/tribes/packs in rat form) to join, lands and a general chat area too. Your rat can mate, get preggy and give birth. It can be anything you want it to as long as it's realistic.
