First off, I'm not sure if this is the right category...if not, I'm sorry for the trouble.

Species allowed - Well, it's all anthro, and I don't mean to be vague, but any anthro character/species is available, but not mythicals.

Activity - slow, for now. I just restarted due to inactivity

Are auditions of some sort required? - You character needs to be accepted first...but I'm not picky
Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - Not....really. Not enough active members for a plot. But hope to have some sort of natural disaster, or gang war.
Is talking allowed? - Yes, by all.
Are magic powers allowed? - No.
Other - It is mostly in modern day, but no transportation vehicles, i.e. no cars, planes, bikes or boats of any sort, and instead of supermarkets like Target and Publix, there are open air stalls. But video games and guns are allowed.
