Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - uhh... I've never been really good at plots, but here it is...
The Red and Blue Moon Packs are at war. The Red is trying to take over the human popullation and make very human a werewolf. While the Blue is trying to save the humans. Thus far the Red has been slowly gaining control.... Who will win? Will you join the red, or blue? Good or Evil? The choice is your destiny....

Are magic powers allowed? - yes, well kinda. You can have 1 special thing, like read minds or something, but your profile has too be good to have a power.
