RP Name - Saga of the Three Kingdoms

Approximate member number - Currently 182, over 350 profiles have been made.
Difficulty (easy, intermediate, difficult, or suitable for all) - Suitable for all. We have sections to aid newcomers to both roleplaying and those new to the period of history the site is based on as well. On the other hand the site has several dedicated roleplayers with many years experience and vast quality.
Activity (slow, medium, or fast) - Fast/Very high - 20 members log in on a slow day.
Rating (required for sites above PG-13) - PG 13 - has a little battlefield action and light romance.
Are auditions of some sort required? - Nope, you request/make your character and then begin roleplaying once basic rules are applied.
Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? -
It is China, 208 AD. The dust had settled, from beyond the mist that the corrupt Han government left behind arose heroes and villains anew. Cao Cao, the reknown Hero of Chaos led the force of Wei to armed victory using the might of his forces in the north of China.
Sun Quan, aided by family and wisdom, built the Southern kingdom of Wu South of the Great River.
Liu Bei led his people across the country to settle in the mountainous Westernlands, the Shu kingdom arose and thus 3 were born of the one country.
And now....now is the time for the tale, fulll of loyalty and betrayal, suspense and drama, rise through the ranks of a kingdom and become a Commander of an army or use sweet words in political debates as a Strategist.
The choice is yours - the game plays how you wish it to play. Wander the streets, train in the barracks, catch a beer in a tavern - anything is possible in the Saga of the Three Kingdoms!
RP era and type (school, historic, etc.) - Historical Canon based on the Dynasty Warriors/Three Kingdoms games, novel and historical period stretching between 184 to 280ad China, just after the fall of the Han Empire
