Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - There are saying for just about everything, so why not have one about hearts? One day, a saying was created. The saying has proven true for most people, but not all. For some people, like Alyssa Tyler, they have heart problems and heart transplants are the only thing that can save them.
