Is there some sort of plot? If so, what is it? - Arr, matey, this little town 'ere? It be called Tortuga, on Faulk Island. 'Tis a dank little town, full of slatterns, drunkards, and pigs alike. A perfect little pirate town, wouldn't ye say? We all be pirates here, some good, some bad, and some just plain stupid. We sail the waters around here, pillaging and plundering from isles such as Darwin's Narrows, Copa Island, Kuthberth's Point, Isialdris Island, and Narrow Moor. 'ey, a man can do some good and honest pillagin' 'round these 'ere parts. What's that, ye say? Will Turner? ...hmm...can't say I've heard of 'im, but ask around, mebbe there's some manjack who has...Oh, and buy me another beer for that answer, will ye, mate? Now watch ye back, I'd say, those governin' folk askin' questions, savvy? Watch for them, they planning on cleanin the pirates right of this right little town.
